What happens if I received a damaged product?

If you received a damaged product you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will require a picture of the damaged product which you can send by mail to support@creativetrove.com or upload in the chat box at the store.  When we receive the picture of the damaged product we'll be more than happy to send you a free replacement. In case a replacement is not possible we shall refund your money.

What happens if I received a wrong product?

In case of a wrong product is received please do check your order details before contacting us that indeed you received a wrong product. We take utmost care in processing and shipping the product as ordered. In case you did get the product not ordered as per your order details please contact support@creativetrove.com by mail with a picture of the product so that we can guide you with the process of exchanges in this case. We'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.

What happens if I typed-in a wrong or an insufficient address?

If you provide us with a wrong or an insufficient address and the shipment has not been sent out, please email us at support@creativetrove.com and we will amend it to the correct address if it has NOT been sent out. Shipment already sent to the address provided by you during ordering process, can not be re-directed to a new or corrected address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
If you gave us a wrong or an insufficient address and your order has been shipped to that address, the delivery service will not be able to reach you and the order will be delivered to a wrong address or returned (in case of insufficient address). In these cases we will not be responsible for any refunds or remaking/reshipping of your order.
 

What happens if my order is flagged as Fraudulent??

If we sent you a mail to notify you about your order having been flagged as Fraudulent, please send us a picture of any document verifying your name and address by email to support@creativetrove.com or upload this document in the Chat Box at the store creativetrove.com. This document should be a government issued document such as a Driver License.

How can I pay?

We currently accept PayPal and credit card payments as well as some other ways to pay. 

Can I cancel my order, I am no longer interested?

All products listed on Creative Trove are Print-on-Demand products which means we only produce them after the order has been placed.

Therefore, we can only CANCEL your order if you send us a cancellation request within ONE HOUR of ordering. Once the production process has started we can not cancel your order. In most cases we ship the products within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Can I make changes to my order?

Again, like the question above on order cancellation you can make changes within ONE HOUR of ordering. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, there will be a 1-3 days processing period followed by a 2-5 days shipping period for US shipment and 1-6 weeks for International shipment. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bear with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!  

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-3 business days). We send tracking number to you by email when it is shipped from our production facility. Email us at support@creativetrove.com  with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. You can easily get an update on your shipment by providing your order number at the messenger at our store Creative Trove. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.  

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is shipped with tracking number.

 

What happens if my order delivery is late?

We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US processing facilities depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our facility as per the shipping schedule. However, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused particularly during holiday seasons. You'll have the tracking details once the product is shipped to track the status of your shipment.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship to most countries in the world!

Do I pay Taxes & Duties?

Buyers are solely responsible for any taxes and duties. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. For local level taxes such as State taxes, it will be charged with your purchase where applicable.
